Shepherd Technical Support
JJCC provides a variety of technical support options for Shepherd
users:
FAQ - A Shepherd FAQ will be developed on this page as
information becomes available.
Mailing List - A Shepherd Technical Support Mailing List
is available. Send a message to listserv@jjcc.net with the word
"subscribe shepherdlist" as the only text in the body of the message
to subscribe. This forum is intended as a way for users and beta
testers to support each other. JJCC staff will monitor the list
and provide assistance when necessary and as time permits.
Support Contracts - Yearly support contracts are available
to all Shepherd users. Users are also able to pay for individual
support instances. Individual support instance charges will be
refunded if JJCC determines that the problem identified was an
error in the Shepherd software. Please contact
